Tickets & Registration

Do I have to attend both days of the expo?
No—you can come for one or both days. Your ticket covers full access to both days, but there’s no penalty for attending only the sessions that fit your schedule.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
A limited number of tickets may be available at the door, but we strongly recommend registering in advance to guarantee entry—especially for VIP and vendor spots, which tend to sell out.

Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by contacting us at Meganthannibal@gmail.com.

Can I upgrade from General Admission to VIP later?
Yes—upgrades are possible while VIP tickets are still available. Just email us your order number and we’ll help you make the switch.

Is there a discount for groups or teams?
Yes! For teams of 5 or more, we offer group rates. Email us at Meganthannibal@gmail.com with your group size and ticket tier for a custom code.

🛍️ Vendor & Food Truck Info

How do I apply to be a vendor?
Purchase a "Vendor Booth" ticket through Eventbrite. After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a Vendor Welcome Packet with setup times, booth rules, and promotional guidelines.

What comes with a Vendor Booth?
Each booth includes:

  • 6-ft table + 2 chairs

  • 2 vendor badges

  • Listing in our digital vendor directory

  • Pre-event promotional spotlight

  • Access to vendor-only mixer Friday morning

Do vendors need a sales tax ID?
Yes. All vendors must provide a valid tax ID or business license. We also encourage having a mobile payment method (like Square or PayPal) for smooth transactions.

What if I need electricity or WiFi?
Basic electricity is available upon request (limited spots). WiFi access will be provided throughout the venue.

How do I register my food truck?
Purchase the “Food Truck Vendor” ticket on Eventbrite. After registration, we’ll follow up with health permit requirements, placement instructions, and day-of setup details.

📍 Event Details

Where exactly is the event being held?
In downtown Dallas, TX. The exact venue address will be included in your ticket confirmation email and posted closer to the event date.

What time should I arrive each day?
Doors open at 8:30 AM. Check-in starts at 8:00 AM on both days. We recommend arriving early to network, grab coffee, and explore the space before sessions begin at 10:00 AM.

Will food be available onsite?
Yes! We’ll have a rotating lineup of food trucks, snack bars, and lounge refreshments available both days. Vegan and gluten-free options will be provided.

Can I bring kids?
Children under 12 get in free with a ticketed adult. We’ll have a family-friendly lounge, quiet spaces, and nursing accommodations.

Will there be security at the event?
Yes. Onsite security and first-aid personnel will be present throughout the venue for your safety and peace of mind.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes. The venue is ADA-compliant with ramps, elevators, reserved seating, and accessible restrooms. If you require specific accommodations, please let us know in advance.

Will there be ASL interpreters or captioning?
Yes—please indicate your needs during ticket registration or contact us in advance so we can provide interpreters or live captioning where needed.

I have dietary restrictions. Will there be options for me?
Absolutely. We'll have vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious food options from our vendor partners.
